Many people who are first diagnosed with Celiac Disease are frustrated with "bland" gluten-free dishes. What they don't realize is that you can still have delicious, spicy food. This dish is mighty hot with its chili oil and Siracha sauce! It is stir-fried beef with sugar snap peas and Siracha drizzled on top for a kick. Just serve it over rice and a veggie on the side to compete the meal. It has quickly become a favorite in my house! The recipe is from The New York Times Cooking section, by Melissa Clark.
